Volunteer Retreatant Programme

Somewhere between the individual practice of a personal retreat and the longer commitment of our Mindfulness-Based Volunteer Programme, our Volunteer Retreatant Programme is for people who would like to experience daily life at a Centre of Mindful Living, but are unable to commit to being here for a full month.

Volunteers on this programme offer 2 hours each day of work (or more if they would like to), Monday to Saturday, and contribute $150 per week. They are immersed in the daily practice of sitting and walking meditation, community sharing, working meditation, eating meditation and evening practices twice a week.
