NEWS UPDATE UPDATE : Pease note this retreat is presently on hold as Dharma Gaia is delighted to announce senior Plum Village Monastic Phap Hai will join Sister to offer a weekend retreat instead of this one. More details will be available by end of October.

Our practice is simple and yet profound. We come home to our natural state of being, release old habit energies that do not serve us and remember what is most important to cultivate.

Silence, stillness and restful contemplation is the ground of this retreat.  Attendees will be expected to support the ambience of a tranquil contemplative environment so that each person has optimum conditions for their own explorations.  Our commitment is to rest deeply within a spacious and gentle schedule of teachings, meditations - walking sitting, moving and deep relaxation. There will also be generous space to allow the body, heart and mind to be nourished  by the peace, nature and beauty that is Dharma Gaia.

Places on this retreat are limited to a maximum of 14 people.  Attendees will need to be comfortable with autonomy within the retreat ambience and to generally self regulate their own exploration, and needs for rest and practice..

Accommodation and Food  $300 -  240  (Sliding Scale pay according to your means) plus for the Teacher please offer Dana/gratitude.  In accordance with Buddhist practice of Dana (generosity) the teacher does not ask for a set fee but relies on the participant to offer according to their means and desire to offer gratitude and support.  This payment should be referenced ”Teacher DANA”
