STOPPING & CALMING- A practice of True Love

Refresh and begin your new year .... Anew.

Stopping, calming, and opening to the many nourishing conditions that are already available in your body and your environment is the practice of True Presence and enables everyday moments and actions to be more peaceful and enjoyable.

this is a practice of true love for yourself and for others.

When we know how to be restful and aware in body, breath and mind, we naturally release tension and touch the restorative elements of peace, joy and stability.

This practice of stopping and calming the body and the mind is an ancient practice. It is the ground of being in many monastic traditions and it has a profound affect on how we live our lives and interact with others and the environment.

This weekend retreat is perfect for both new and long term practitioners.

The scedule will be spacious and include instructions and periods of meditation, Tai Chi, mindfulness, teachings, deep relaxation and time to simply enjoy enjoy the natural beauty of Dharma Gaia.
