Bringing to completion the 3-months of Winter Retreat is this final 4-day semi silent retreat that speaks of both completion and Renewal.

No previous experience of meditation or mindfulness is needed to attend this retreat, simply a willing heart and mind open to renewal ….to refresh …. and to re-enliven your spiritual focus and well-being. In this retreat we weave together the rich depths of contemplative work with the vibrant warmth of joyful communion.
Sessions of sitting meditation, walking in nature, tai chi, deep relaxation, teachings and inquiry sessions will be offered to inspire the Heart of Renewal ...
Retreat cost plus Dana for the Teachings:
Food and accommodation: $450 - 360 ( sliding scale - please pay according to your means) TO CONFIRM YOUR RETREAT BOOKING, please make payment into: 03-0458-0013241-000 and Please confirm your payment with an email to peace@dharmagaia.org and indicate in the email if this is your first retreat with us.
Payment for the Teachings: The teachings: Teachings are offered on the basis of the Buddhist principle of Dana/Generosity. Our teachers have spent many years in training and practice in order to support everyone to share the fruits of their wisdom. They do not charge a set fee but depend on the students for their support. Please offer support in the light of the same generosity according to your means, please offer Dana for the Teachings: DANA ACCOUNT -03 0458 0238459 000 (or offer into the Dana bowl at the time of the retreat) Dana - donation payments are tax-deductible so When making a Dana payment via internet banking, please include ‘Teacher’s Dana’ in the reference field. AN EXTRA NOTE: This retreat will continue our practice of quiet contemplation to ensure our guests receive the most from the peace and beauty of Dharma Gaia. The retreat finishes at 2pm on Saturday, and the centre will sustain a period of rest and quiet.
We are reopening again for an evening of celebrations Saturday evening from 5pm. We share this in light of the fact that some of you may want to stay an extra night to attend the more outgoing celebratory experience of Dharma Gaia. Please be aware that the Saturday Evening is a separate event and must be booked separately if you are wanting to stay for this.
CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of a cancellation up to 10 days prior to the starting date of the retreat, we can offer a 75% refund or the funds can be carried over to your next retreat.
However, a cancellation within 10 days of the retreat starting date is non-refundable. As we are often booked out quite quickly, late cancellations can prevent someone else from joining us.
