Turning The Compost - Nourishing the Garden of our Heart

In this retreat we will contemplate our organic Being, our 'living garden' of mind, body, heart.  We will have space to look deeply with kindness and curiosity to recognise and understand what our loveliness - 'Human Being' - really needs to be well and to flourish.
Dharma talks, mindfulness practice and the supportive presence of others will create the container for a nourishing retreat and the opportunity to tend to our inner compost.

Turning and aerating the compost  provides oxygen for microorganisms to transform decaying matter into food. Mindful breathing and Being aerates our inner compost, transforming conditions of stagnation into conditions that naturally nourish wellness, freshness and joy.

Payment details: retreat cost $165-$200 (sliding scale)

Account number 03 0458 0238459 000

Please make two separate payments (with reference) for the retreat cost and for Dana/gratitude for the teaching . In alignment with Buddhist principles of generosity, our teachers devote much of their time to study and practice. This supports the service they give without the request for fee payment. In this way no one is turned away due to the retreat cost. The teachers trust in the generosity of the participants to offer a contribution (Dana) in accordance with their means and desire to support the teachers.
