Opening to the Wonder of Spring


Spring is a time of new growth and renewed energy in Mother Earth. We may experience this as a period of change, of balancing our energies as we move from a more inward-looking time to greater activity.

This retreat will offer a mindful approach to change, helping us make this transition and other transitions in our lives with curiosity, mindfulness and stability.

Sessions will include walking meditations, mindful movements, contemplation and creative enquiry, spending time in the garden and deep relaxation.
